Boy Champions Project

Real change happens when boys are part of the conversation. The Boy Champions Project reaches adolescent boys at a critical point in their development — giving them the mentorship, space, and skills to become active champions of gender equality.

Why boys, too?

Girls' futures don't unfold in isolation — they're shaped by the boys who become their classmates, colleagues, husbands, and community leaders. When we invest in boys as partners, we accelerate the change that programs for girls alone cannot achieve on their own.

Weekly mentorship sessions

In-school circles led by male facilitators on healthy masculinity, respect, and consent.

Joint community events

Girls and boys plan and lead community dialogues together.

Peer-to-peer accountability

Boys learn to name harmful behavior in their peer groups — and interrupt it.
